**What We'll Bring**:

- Guide and mentor a group of associates focused on consumer complaints and executive escalations
- Serve as the communications liaison for initiatives and activities that align with business unit objectives
- Analyze and process complex consumer files received from various internal / external sources and respond promptly
- Ensure team meets SLA performances and the business operates within the established controls.
- Capture and report error trends, maintain dashboards, project tracking, and assist with identifying policies and procedures
- Assist with providing clarification of policies and procedures, and providing support to associates.
- Assist management in guaranteeing compliance to all existing company policies/procedures and all associated regulatory requirements.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Experience in managing and leading a team of associates, at least 1 year of experience.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Respects and maintains confidentiality
- Assists team members with complaint research, resolution
- Provide summary of complaint resolution to internal and external parties
- Collaborates with other internal/external parties as needed
