**Marketing Assistant (Full Time | M-F)**

**Salary: $1000 USD/ month**

We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented **Marketing Assistant** with strong design design and social media content creation skills to support our fast-paced real estate teams in **Los Angeles and Miami**. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone based in Medellin with a deep understanding of digital design tools and a sharp eye for branding and aesthetics. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our luxury real estate brand is perceived across all digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own and execute our social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- **Design digital content** (posts, reels, stories, videos) that aligns with our luxury brand identity using tools like **Figma**, **Photoshop**, and **CapCut**.
- Support digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) with **visually striking and high-performing creatives**.
- Support our real estate agents with **branded templates**, **personalized social content**, and listing promotion materials.
- Keep our content visually fresh by **monitoring design trends**, social platform updates, and best practices.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints by refining layouts, typography, and visual assets for online and print use.

**Qualifications**:

- Spoken English **B2-C1+**:

- Proven design experience with **Figma** or similar visual design platforms.
- Comfort editing short-form video with tools like **CapCut**, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
- Experience in **graphic design**, **digital content creation**, or **multimedia marketing**.
- A strong **visual portfolio** and understanding of brand aesthetics, layout, and color theory.
- Social media content creation and campaign management experience.
- Excellent **communication**and **organizational**skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
