**A Little Bit About the Role**:
In today's fiercely competitive marketplace, achieving creative excellence across all eCommerce touchpoints is crucial. We are seeking a visionary Account Director renowned for their outstanding work in the Beauty & Skincare sector to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to elevate our brand's presence and impact across Europe.

This role offers the chance to work with iconic beauty brands as we launch a groundbreaking Europe-wide eCommerce Content Factory. By integrating automation and AI, we aim to revolutionise content creation and set new digital standards for online beauty experiences.

**What You'll Need**:

- Experience in Beauty and fashion Brand is a MUST
- Must have E-com Experience
- Producing design / ideas to the client's brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion
- Proactively monitor output quality, accuracy and consistency
- Positively influencing clients with creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts
- Create inspiring and exciting content - from repurposing, reformatting of assets to ideation
- Familiarity with automation production and knowledge of Figma and Otomo
- Be an entrepreneurial lead on the development of creative and output
- Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, research industry developments in branding and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence
- Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and client and provide excellent customer service
- Strong project management skills, teamed with an aptitude for managing multiple varying sized projects seamlessly for a high-profile client

**Good to have**:

- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships
- An innate creative flair, strong art direction and concepting skills - full of ideas across multi-platforms
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Motion and video skills using After Effects. & Premiere
- An understanding of creating for responsive design across digital platforms incl. web, social media posts (primarily Instagram and Facebook) UI/UX and latest Social and Digital technology trends.
- Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to storyboard animation concepts
- Basic skills in photography
- Working on print-based collateral with great knowledge of branding
- The ability to talk through your ideas confidently with the team and clients.
- Experience in Beauty & Fashion sector.
