**Pipecare Group Latin America** is looking for a **Supply Chain Manager** to join our team. The Supply Chain Manager will be based in our Colombia office and is responsible for leading the logistics team and managing relationships with suppliers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning the activities and tasks for all Logistics department
- Find best work practices to fulfill the company requirements and expectations from Logistics
- To utilize Logistics/Transportation skills in improving the operation process
- Handling negotiations with supplier with related to Logistics/Transportation
- Finding the best ways to minimize the Logistics cost with the same required service quality
- Handling Logistics activities day to day work plan. Increasing the efficiency of the operation and minimizing the cost
- Handling Logistics cost reports & setting budget
- Coaching people for better performance efficiency
- Maintaining all the work related to Logistics and to get the best out of the people.
- Match the targets as per prepared plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management and/or Supervisor
- Monitor Planed mobilization and demobilization transactions on monthly basis
- Submit Cost report
- Monitor Logistics team process handling to insure all shipments on time

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Transportation Management, Industrial Engineer
- Excellent Logistics/Transportation experience in LA countries
- With min 10 years of experienced in Logistics management covers all type shipment mode by Air fright, sea and land
- Experiences in customs clearance requirements in LA countries and fulfill complete formalities
- Experience in managing, mentoring and directing team members
- Experience in strategic sourcing
- Knowledge of local and International Suppliers
- Excellent reporting and Logistics/Transportation Management skills
- Capability to build and develop effective Supplier relationships
- Knowledge of ERP management system
- Intermediate english level is mandatory for this position
