what we need you to do...
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements, identify gaps, and propose suitable solutions to address complex integration challenges.
- Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of integration technologies, tools, and protocols such as APIs, ETL processes, messaging systems, and web services to design and implement robust integration solutions.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to ensure data accuracy, system stability, and adherence to defined standards. Identify and resolve integration issues and troubleshoot any related problems.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, including system designs, configurations, and workflows, to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to align integration efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless coordination.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor integration processes, identify bottlenecks, and proactively propose optimizations to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure integration solutions adhere to security protocols, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices to protect sensitive information and maintain compliance.
- Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to end-users, guiding them in utilizing integrated systems effectively and resolving integration-related issues.

what we need you to have...
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desired or a BA in a different field and proven work experience as an Integration Specialist / similar role, with a focus on system integration and data exchange.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts, technologies, and protocols, including APIs, ETL, web services, and messaging systems.
- Experience with integration platforms and tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel and connectors such as Xilio is preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure. AWS and GCP are a plus.
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data formats (XML, JSON).
- Proficiency in programming languages is preferred: we mainly use JavaScript/Node.js, but having experience with Ruby, Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex integration challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure integration solutions.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
