**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for full stack development using Node on AWS
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master, responsible for technical implementation decisions in support of requirements
- Mentor fellow developers
- Work with DevOps and QA to build a quality focused CI/CD pipeline
- Excellent English and communications skills required
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
**Technical Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of development experience with NodeJS
- 5+ years of experience with modern JavaScript such as ES6, ES7 and Typescript
- 2+ years of experience with serverless development (e.g., AWS)
- Cloud development experience with AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud
- Professional development experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Mongo and MySQL preferred)
- Experience integrating with APIs
- Experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries
- Demonstrated experience with bringing multiple products to market
**Bonus Skills**
- Familiarity with modern architectural modalities such as microservices, serverless, JAMstack, event-based, pub/sub, and data streaming.
- Container experience with Docker/Kubernetes
