**Job Summary**:
The individual leading the COD team is in charge of the monitoring of the workload assignation as well as supporting the team within the process to provide good customer experience and prevent escalations. The COD group works collaboratively to ensure that all COD tasks (Inbound/Outbound Mail, Mail Prep, Sorting, Processing, COD Exceptions, and Banking) are completed timely.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure accurate, properly, and timely attention on cases assigned to the process.
- Make sure the team are working properly with internal UPS functions and external customers to resolve issues.
- The workload must be prioritized to ensure issues are addressed on a timely basis in order to not impact the area and prevent escalations.
- Teamwork and follow ups with centers and internal departments.
- Respond to management requests for reporting, production and weekly status.
- Monitoring all work according with the volume, pick season and absences in order to not impact customer experience.
- Coordinate audits every week.
- Review and ensure DLPs are updated on time. Make sure all the procedures and new tools to improve the processes are include in the DLPs.
- Identify improving opportunities on the existing processes for greater efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to automate previously manual work, implement automation technology (macros) on eligible processes.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and agility to efficiently manage and resolve operational challenges.
**Education and Work Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or administrative careers. For other levels of studies (only administrative careers) 2 years within UPS is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (80%)
- Accounting or administrative experience and customer service - Required.
- Fluent speaking English advanced (90%).
- Payments and/or collections experience.

**Work Modality**:
6:00 am - 3:15pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
6:00 am - 3:30pm on Tuesdays.
