We are looking for people with or without experience in logistics. ⚡️ Prior experience in the space is not required since we provide training for proper development. This is not a sales role, however, must speak great English, have a strong personality in order to be able to work under pressure. Must have a personal computer with a solid internet connection.Express is a fast-growing logistics services company and one of America's finest transportation and logistics providers. The company was started in 2017 and specializes in being a hotshot operator, managing tractor-trailers fleets, also in providing logistics services to third-party owner-operators.ROLEWe are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and business-oriented professional. In this role, you will be negotiating loads with brokers while coordinating with truck drivers over the phone. Entry-level are accepted; we provide training.Perform market analysis to determine the best routes
Coordinate truck drivers
Generate documents and reports
Strong personality

Super tech-savvy
Possess excellent verbal communication skills in English
Compensation is based on the gross earnings of your truck fleet. Additionally, you will qualify for bonuses based on performance
