A **Lead JavaScript Developer** is sought to become part of our **remote **team, contributing to our Market Depth Visualization Tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code
- Construct REST APIs for integration with the back-end system and data analysis purposes
- Uphold code quality and maintainability through code reviews, testing, and debugging
- Engage in Agile software development methodologies, inclusive of daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Contribute to the constant enhancement of the development process
- Provide guidance to junior team members and aid in their technical development and growth
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in JavaScript development, with VueJS knowledge
- Demonstrable experience of leading and mentoring a team of engineers
- Extensive experience with REST API and data analysis techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a detailed-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in using Git or other version control systems for collaborative software development
- Expertise in developing efficient and maintainable code, with an emphasis on performance and scalability
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with team members and stakeholders
