**About Us**:
**What will make you the best fit**:
4-6 years of experience in a DevOps role, with a focus on continuous integration, continuous delivery, infrastructure automation, and cloud security.
Proven experience leading high-performing technical teams.
Strong background in enterprise SaaS environments
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, or Bash) and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Travis CI).
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and related services
Experience with security compliance frameworks and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, or SOC 2).
Excellent English skills (Advanced Level)
A results-driven person with a growth-mindset orientation
Team spirited, responsible, and passionate about solving problems

**What you will do**:
Lead the DevOps team, fostering a collaborative culture.
Develop and implement a strategic vision for the DevOps team, aligning with project goals and objectives.
Establish best practices for continuous integration, continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, and other DevOps methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation of SaaS solutions.
Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring the highest levels of reliability, availability, and security.
Implement robust cloud security policies, procedures, and controls to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Coordinate with security teams to conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests, addressing any identified issues promptly.
Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the DevOps team and cloud security efforts, and identify areas for improvement.
Provide DevOps team members mentorship, guidance, and training, fostering their professional growth.
