**Sr. Project Analyst, your future position?**
Reporting to the Applications Manager, you will support the projects at the site, through efficient implementation, training in the management and execution processes of our resources. You will ensure excellence in the management of the Brief with best practices, recording in our software and tracking all the resources required for the projects such as: tasks, responsible, dates, flavor samples, among others, according to the established best practices to ensure quality in project management.
Your**main responsibilities**will be:
- ** Business Plan**: Design and update of the Business Plan tracking chart. Consolidation of Indicators of all strategies for the year. Co-working with strategy leaders and quarterly review of progress level. Develop data analysis and management for target achievement.
- ** Project Management**: Assignment of projects, sample management and follow-up of pending issues. Manage Atlas system for non-compliance review, capacity review, production plant, delivery dates and update of information to the commercial area.
- ** Business Analysis**: Management of databases of different project indicators to support the projects of the technical and commercial teams. Automate reports according to the needs of the teams. Creation of Dashboards to monitor progress. Provide the technical team with performance indicators according to the report of their work in the systems.
- ** Project systems leadership**: Contact for troubleshooting system errors related to process management. Support global projects related to implementation of project management improvements. Ensure the quality of information in our systems to have consistent data to make the best decisions for the business.
The position is based in our site located at**Bogotá **with a hybrid working model (2 days from home and 3 at the office a week).
**Your professional profile includes**:
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration or similar fields.
- At least 4years of experience in project administration.
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
- Experience working with Power BI and Tableau.
