As a SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST, you will partner with new and existing customers to help them find the best solutions possible and secure the accurate supply of our products and services. You will love building on excellent relationships in order to meet the demands of our growing customer base in Bogota area

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment that sees you change direction frequently throughout the day
- Assist customers designing a strategy and continuous improvement projects to continue to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Provide outstanding customer service as well as establishing relationships with our diverse customer base
- Operate our ERP systems and accurately consolidate customer's data within our dashboards to ensure data integrity
- Merchandise and replenish stock in a timely manner ensuring it aligns with customer needs and planning.
- Have a strong interest to learn new skills as well as an invested interest to build your knowledge and expertise on our products to share it with our customers and engage them with the brand.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous project management or continuous improvement experience, six sigma or similar knowledge is highly valued.
- Excel proficiency is a must, ERP experience is desirable.
