As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Warehouse consolidation, retailers distribution, transporting good to vendors and manufactures.
- Track and trace for pickups and build consolidations for retailers to send out those good across the country.
- This person will need to call drivers to get updates, proactivity, someone able to provide solutions.
- Track & Tracing
- Dispatch
- Carrier Sales;Carrier Development
- Truck Finding
- Data Entry
- Inbound & Outbound Call Center
- Customer Service
- Freight Booking Administration
- Documentation
- Customer Helpdesk
**Requirements**:
Minimum English Level B2-C1
1. Self-motivated, detail-oriented.
2. Someone who is not afraid to speak up and provide ideas.
3. Experience would be great but attitude is more important when it comes to operations positions.
4. This person will start with Track and Trace but the idea is to cover all the load cycle.
Perks:
The schedule would be from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm (we work by the American calendar)
Undefined term contract + benefits.
