En **SUMAC**, brindamos servicios integrales de Arquitectura e Ingeniería, Dirección de Proyectos, Consultoría en Sustentabilidad y Eficiencia Energética.

Actualmente, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) **Project Manager (Líder de Proyecto)** para integrar el equipo en proyectos de interiores corporativos de gran escala.

Requisitos excluyentes

**Perfil profesional requerido**:

- Ingeniero(a) Civil o Arquitecto(a), con mínimo **8 años de experiência en gerencia de proyectos de interiores corporativos mayores a 500 m²**.

**Experiência específica obligatoria**:

- Liderar mínimo **3 proyectos de oficinas o interiores comerciales** de más de 500 m².

**Certificaciones / Habilidades requeridas**:

- **PMP (obligatorio)**.
- **LEED AP (deseable)**.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y negociación.

Documentación requerida
- Hoja de vida actualizada.
- Copia de la tarjeta profesional vigente.
- Certificados de experiência laboral que incluyan:

- Objeto del contrato.
- Fechas de inicio y terminación.
- Funciones desarrolladas.
- Dedicación porcentual (si aplica) y duración en el cargo.
- Copia del diploma o acta de grado.
