**About Data Analytics (DA)**

Data Analytics is one of the highest growth practices within Evalueserve, providing you rewarding career opportunities. Established in 2014, the global DA team extends beyond 1000+ (and growing) data science professionals across data engineering, business intelligence, digital marketing, advanced analytics, technology, and product engineering. Our more tenured teammates, some of whom have been with Evalueserve since it started more than 20 years ago, have enjoyed leadership opportunities in different regions of the world across our seven business lines.

**What you will be doing at Evalueserve**
- Designing customized solutions for our clients that condense industry-specific KPIs into data products.
- Leading BI development projects and self-managing your workload.
- Performing data wrangling activities, including querying, cleaning, transforming, and loading large chunks of data originating from multiple sources.
- Creating new data models that feed into BI solutions.
- Ensuring data integrity and data quality through the life cycle of projects.
- Performing analysis and generating descriptive to prescriptive insights on collected data.
- Developing reports and dashboards that tell visual data stories.
- Communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather business requirements, identifying bottlenecks, defining priorities, developing solutions, and communicating results.
- Keeping your technical and domain expertise sharp and continually developing your soft skills by participating in company-sponsored programs and self-development activities.
- Being a team player, collaborating to advance the Business Analytics practice at Evalueserve through participation in internal initiatives including workshops and the development of product accelerators.

**What we're looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economy, Business Administration, or related fields and the following skills:

- 4+ years of experience relevant to the responsibilities mentioned above
- Confidence in writing your own queries using SQL
- Experience working with data visualization tools like Power Bi, Tableau, and Looker Studio
- Experience in Python, Git, and cloud computing platforms are a plus.
- Openness to work in an Agile setting
- Strong attention to detail
- “Can do” attitude and ability to take initiative
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English mandatory
