**About Data Analytics (DA)**

Data Analytics is one of the highest growth practices within Evalueserve, providing you rewarding career opportunities. Established in 2014, the global DA team extends beyond 1000+ (and growing) data science professionals across data engineering, business intelligence, digital marketing, advanced analytics, technology, and product engineering. **What you will be doing at Evalueserve**

  • Designing customized solutions for our clients that condense industry-specific KPIs into data products.
  • Leading BI development projects and self-managing your workload.
  • Performing data wrangling activities, including querying, cleaning, transforming, and loading large chunks of data originating from multiple sources.
  • Creating new data models that feed into BI solutions.
  • Ensuring data integrity and data quality through the life cycle of projects.
  • Performing analysis and generating descriptive to prescriptive insights on collected data.
  • Developing reports and dashboards that tell visual data stories.
  • Communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather business requirements, identifying bottlenecks, defining priorities, developing solutions, and communicating results.
  • Keeping your technical and domain expertise sharp and continually developing your soft skills by participating in company-sponsored programs and self-development activities.
  • Being a team player, collaborating to advance the Business Analytics practice at Evalueserve through participation in internal initiatives including workshops and the development of product accelerators.

**What we're looking for**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economy, Business Administration, or related fields and the following skills:
  • 4+ years of experience relevant to the responsibilities mentioned above
  • Confidence in writing your own queries using SQL
  • Experience working with data visualization tools like Power Bi, Tableau, and Looker Studio
  • Experience in Python, Git, and cloud computing platforms are a plus.
  • Openness to work in an Agile setting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • “Can do” attitude and ability to take initiative
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English mandatory
