**Role Description**
This is a full-time remote role for a senior UI/UX engineer. This role will primarily be working in Sketch/Figma/Adobe. The engineer will be responsible for Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that demonstrate a deep understanding of user experience principles. Ensure the user journey is seamless across all touchpoints. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design concepts are properly implemented and aligned with business goals.
- 3+ Years of experience as UI/UX Designer
- Expertise in UX design tools (such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems.
- Experience with user research techniques, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with front-end development processes and collaboration
- HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile or Lean product development processes.
- Strong English communication skills
