The Global Services, Global Process Leader (GPL), Account to Report (ATR) is responsible for driving an ever-improving delivery experience for the Account to Report (ATR) service delivery. The GPL operates in a matrix organization and is responsible for leading functional and cross functional activities to drive improved process and business performance in support of the End to End (E2E) Account to Report Processes and J&J GS improvement strategies. The GPL ATR reports to the VP Global A2R Service Delivery Lead for the support of regional continuous improvement efforts and to execute end to end process management practices and drive performance improvement across all regions. This role is responsible for working with the GPO for ATR to optimize processes, information, and technology required to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of operational teams. The GPL will work to identify opportunities to increase capacity and efficiency of regional service centers. The GPL will also work with GS Finance Technology & Transformation team to ensure process and technology needs are on track to drive Experience, Efficiency, and Excellence.

**Specific responsibilities of this role include**:

- Ensure global processes/services are adhered to
- Review global KPI and metrics to ensure commitments are delivered and variances are understood.
- Leverage employee/customer insights to drive prioritized service, process, talent and technology solutions to further enhance service delivery, globally
- Coordinate and synchronize efforts of regional delivery and Service Excellence and Experience teams to ensure operational standards (inclusive of Managing for Daily Improvement and Continuous Improvement methodologies) are consistently deployed to drive a consistent employee/customer experience that is both effective and efficient
- Ensure process and operations are conducted in a compliant manner, via continuous alignment and execution of the J&J Internal Controls framework through planning and coordination with CIA/PWC and the Regional Service Delivery Centers
- Drive continuous improvement through mechanisms such as lean principles and automation.
- Ensure appropriate business continuity planning is in place and ready for ATR service area.

**Responsibilities**

Process Leadership:

- Assess end to end business processes including technology, skills and facilities requirements, and maintain process performance data and standards
- Conduct work studies to determine operations methods, labor utilization standards and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staffing and facility utilization
- Build and evaluate process operational and cost models for end to end performance analysis, capacity analysis, workload balancing, cost estimation and cost reduction
- Identify improvement opportunities through value stream assessments, process audits, and health checks

Integrated Service Management:

- Serves as the process design Gate Keeper, reviews, classifies and coordinates the information needed for evaluation and prioritization of changes to the E2E process design.
- Utilizes the Service Excellence and Experience Demand Intake and Portfolio Management processes to ensure consistency in capacity forecasting, demand categorization and prioritization of new ideas for the process and automation activities.
- Supports the end to end process change evaluation and version control by evaluating, modeling and simulating performance and cost impacts of new designs and change
