We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Arc PageBuilder Themes team, a robust theming engine which allows clients to build customized websites with little or no code on top of the PageBuilder rendering engine. As a Senior Software Engineer you will develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions. We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward.

**Responsibilities**:

- Write and test code in JavaScript.
- Implement production user-facing experiences for web.
- Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
- Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on systems or service operations and quality.
- Work with the product management, design, and user experience research teams to understand customer/product requirements.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in the React framework.
- Experience in at least one server side programming language; Node, Python, etc.
- Experience mentoring others and setting technical direction.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role with software design and architecture
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, and/or cross-business projects
- Experience with cloud systems, enterprise build systems, or developer experience tooling
- Experience with and/or interest in product excellence (e.g., testing, performance, metrics, user experience, etc.)
