**Responsabilidades**:

- Deberá especializarse en el portafolio de los diversos servicios que ofrece Vertiv, como: Contratos de Mantenimiento preventivo, Contratos de Administración de Data-Centers, re-trofits, servicios de valor agregado (assessments), kits de repuestos para equipos nuevos, entre otros.
- Este rol deberá soportar técnica y económicamente al área de ventas en los esfuerzos por complementar nuestra oferta de servicios a los clientes.
- Tendrá interacción también con el área de servicios para estructurar los planes de mantenimiento, listas de precios, análisis de costos, armado de especificaciones, business case, mantención del cotizador de servicios, etc.
- Mantención de la base de datos de clientes de servicios.
- Realizar presentaciones a clientes sobre nuestra oferta de servicios.
- Deberá especializarse en servicios de valor agregado de Data Center, específicamente en certificación de sustentabilidad de operación.
- Relacionamiento con los proveedores locales para la cotización de los productos/servicios asociados.
- Trabajar en conjunto con el área de canales y el área de servicios en el desarrollo de partners para la ejecución de los servicios.
- Ayudar en el diseño y análisis de los indicadores de gestión de los partners de servicios.
- Realizar capacitaciones internas y/o externas de las soluciones incluidas en el portafolio de servicios

**Requerimientos**:

- Ingeniero Civil Eléctrico, Mecánico o industrial
- Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas.
- Dominio de idioma inglés
- Predisposición para trabajar en equipo.
- Deseable experiência en labores de servicio
