**Ubicación**: Presencial en Medellín, CAMACOL - Cra 63 # 49ª-31, Edificio Camacol Barrio El Estadio.

**Horario**: Lunes a Viernes 7:30am-5:00pm (Hora Colombia)

**Remuneración**: $2.700.000 ($1.755.000 prestacionales + $945.000 no prestacionales) + Auxilio de transporte ($162.000) + Bono mensual por cumplimiento de métricas a partir del tercer mes desde la contratación.

**Responsabilidades**
- Recepción y priorización de todas las llamadas entrantes.
- Servir como primer punto de contacto para consultas, preocupaciones o quejas de los clientes y escalando problemas según sea necesario.
- Obtener información requerida del llamante para canalizar efectivamente las llamadas al personal adecuado.
- Procesamiento de suministros/recargas de oxígeno.
- Triage efectivo de todas las solicitudes entrantes, incluido el seguimiento de pedidos para miembros y administradores de casos.
- Crear órdenes de servicio/tickets; comunicarse con despacho respecto a solicitudes/estado de llamadas de servicio.
- Asistir regularmente a entrenamientos internos, reuniones y talleres según sea requerido.
- Mantener constantemente una actitud positiva, profesional y cortés hacia todos los clientes, pacientes y personal.

**Requisitos**
- **+2 años de experiência** en servicio al cliente bilingüe.
- **Experiência previa en la industria de Equipos Médicos Duraderos (DME) es un PLUS.**:

- Nível de inglés C1 - Indispensable.
- Competencia informática, incluyendo dominio de Microsoft Suite y comprensión de programas de bases de datos.
- Habilidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en grupos.
- Mantener una actitud y apariencia profesional en todo momento.
- Capacidad para distinguir diferencias de color, ya que el software de comunicaciones/ordenador utiliza varios colores para distinguir estados.
- Velocidad de escritura de 45 palabras por minuto (mínimo).
