Primary purpose of job: to assist the audit team in providing services to clients, primarily, in the governmental and not-for-profit industries and for retirement systems and employee benefit plans. Core responsibilities and abilities include:

- Become familiar with the firm's policies and procedures
- Understand the rules, requirements, code of conduct and standards of the AICPA, and standards FASB, GASB and GAO.
- Have working knowledge of accounting research techniques and the various research sources in the firm library

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Accounting
- Previous experience in public accounting audit is a plus
- Experience in fund accounting is a plus
- Florida Certified Public Accountant license is a plus
