As a **Track and Trace Specialist,** you will be in charge of supporting the operation, from truck search, cargo coverage, tracking and tracing, to back office tasks.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Track and trace the loads on the board.
- Ask for the carrier information: MC #, driver name and number, dispatcher name and direct line also after hours, current location of the truck, is the truck empty, ETA to shipper, ETA to receiver, and equipment type.
- All this information must be gathered by the person before the driver goes to the place where he will pick up the cargo.
- Once the driver is at the destination, there must be constant communication with driver and dispatch, notify Nate (customer) of any developments, ensure that the driver picks up and delivers the cargo properly.
- Enter data collected from the carrier into the system and keep other files up to date.

**Minimum requirements**:

- ** Studies**: High School Degree and preferred college dregree on International Business or related.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1 preferred.
- **Experience**:Previous worked on logistics industry preferred.

- ** Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm. (We work by the American calendar)
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: Hubtek Parque del Poblado Medellín On-site.
- **Salary**: 2.000.000 cop + **Commissions Plan (may exceed the base salary)**
