Especialista Programabilidad
Desarrollar código en diferentes lenguajes de programación (como Python, SQL, JavaScript, entre otros) con el propósito de estructurar, limpiar, transformar y organizar información de manera eficiente.

Diseñar arquitecturas de automatización, integración o desarrollo personalizado que sean sostenibles, escalables y cumplan con los estándares de calidad y seguridad definidos por la organización.

Crear soluciones programáticas como scripts, APIs o funciones reutilizables que mejoren la eficiencia operativa, faciliten la interoperabilidad entre sistemas y permitan una evolución técnica ordenada.

Implementar, mantener y optimizar integraciones entre herramientas internas, servicios en la nube, bases de datos y plataformas de terceros utilizando APIs, servicios web u otros mecanismos de conexión.

Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos manuales o ineficientes, y desarrollar automatizaciones que reduzcan tiempos de ejecución, errores operativos y costos, incrementando la eficiencia general.

Estructurar reportes personalizados mediante la integración de diversas fuentes de datos y herramientas de visualización, facilitando el análisis y la toma de decisiones basada en información confiable y oportuna.

Interpretar necesidades del negocio y traducirlas en soluciones tecnológicas viables, documentadas y alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización.

Ejecutar funciones de interventoría cuando sea asignado por el superior inmediato, asegurando la correcta administración, ejecución y cumplimiento de acuerdos comerciales o contractuales.

Participar activamente en la implementación y seguimiento de políticas, normativas y lineamientos establecidos por la compañía, contribuyendo a su normal funcionamiento y al logro de sus objetivos.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de buenas prácticas de desarrollo, estándares técnicos y normativas legales aplicables dentro del Sistema de Gestión Integral (calidad, seguridad, medio ambiente, etc.).

Conocer, aplicar y adherirse a los procesos, procedimientos y regulaciones internos definidos por la organización en las áreas en las que interviene.

Desempeñar otras funciones que sean asignadas por el superior inmediato, siempre que estén relacionadas con su rol y contribuyan al cumplimiento de los objetivos del área y de la compañía.
