We have partnered with a **US-based Product Company** looking to expand their **QA Team**. They develop management products that help lots of companies worldwide improve their efficiency and streamline their work. They have a global team and are currently interested in hiring someone **_based in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil or Ecuador._**

**Our Proposal**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Analyze consumer usability of the product.**:

- **Identify and troubleshoot UX problems **(e.g. responsiveness)
- Create test cases based on the product requirements.
- Develop and execute software test plans to identify software problems and their causes.
- Oversee production, testing each part/process to ensure it meets the Company standards.
- Conduct testing on all software products for applicable OS platforms.
- Provide guidance and expertise for our support teams.

**Must-have Requirements**:

- **_ 5+ years of recent experience with Manual Testing._**:

- Virtualization Insight**:_Experience in setting up and configuring VMs._**:

- Outstanding **_communication skills are a must._**:

- Attention to Detail
- Problem-solving Skills
- **_ A technology background is a must. A bachelor's degree in technology is a distinct advantage._**

**Nice-to-have requirements**:

- Experience working with identity concepts such as Authentication, SCIM, OAuth, SAML, or RBAC would make you stand out.
- Test Automation experience.
- Experience with Jira X-Ray extension
