**A Preview of Your Role**

Be part of our client’s team as a **Multimedia Editor**, crafting compelling video advertisements for our direct-to-consumer, e-commerce clients. Specializing in conversion optimization, you'll create short-form content for linear TV, OTT/CTV, and other channels, seamlessly blending in while standing out to drive engagement and conversions.

- Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST
- Work setup: Permanent WFH

**Ignite Your Skills: Requirements to Thrive**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of video editing experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, & After Effects.
- Experience with video content creation is required.
- Must possess creative thinking skills.
- Experience in videography.
- Experience in motion graphics.
- Experience in color correction/grading.

**Education**:

- Degree in Marketing or related field.

Tech Stack:

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, & After Effects.

Plus:

- Experience working for an advertising agency is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator & graphic design is a plus.

**Fuel Your Passion: Dynamic Tasks in Performance Editing**
- Edit promotional content materials to highlight campaign objectives across linear, OTT/CTV platforms, ensuring fast-paced, high-energy edits. This includes ingesting footage, editing, and adding graphics while maintaining project organization.
- Iterate on post-production of original content as the brand expands its content offerings.
- Collaborate closely with creative and client services teams to execute content effectively.
- Place music, dialogue, graphics, and effects within various projects, perform basic color grading, and execute audio mixing before exporting final deliverables to broadcast specifications.
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders, receive feedback, and adjust creative deliverables as required.
- Meet deadlines while managing multiple assigned projects.
- Assist in quality checking edited programs for audio and visual errors prior to delivery.
- Aid in organizing and archiving all post-produced content.
- Compile branded pitch decks for potential clients, including mock-ups and sample videos.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently with mínimal direction and also follow specific direction to fulfill creative needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external parties.
- Assist with video production as needed, including shooting client products and liaising with third-party creative agencies.
