As a** Systems Support Administrator**, you will

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Provide remote technical support and solutions across multiple companies, networks and domains to end users.
- Responsible for hardware/software setup and configuration. This includes imaging laptops.
- Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 and Microsoft Remote Desktop Environment.
- Purchase, track and maintain inventory of IT equipment
- Administration of voice and data communications
- Maintain support documentation, including technical configuration information and process flows.
- Solve moderately complex problem situations and participate in the identification of opportunities for improvement to processes, procedures, or tools.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**:A Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Administration, or Cybersecurity will be a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 3 years of experience working in a Helpdesk or System Support Admin role, working with Active Directory (AD) Hybrid. 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and Intune.
- **Language**: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Location**: Remote Colombia.
- **Salary**:$5.500.000.
