- Desarrollo y Ejecución de Estrategias Comerciales: Diseñar, implementar y supervisar estrategias efectivas para garantizar el crecimiento continuo de Coink en el mercado de servicios financieros.
- Gestión del Ciclo de Venta: Desde la identificación de oportunidades hasta el cierre de acuerdos, liderar y coordinar el proceso completo de ventas, garantizando una ejecución eficiente y resultados exitosos.
- Prospección y Adquisición de Clientes: Identificar y atraer a nuevos clientes empresariales, estableciendo relaciones sólidas y personalizadas, comprendiendo sus necesidades y ofreciendo soluciones financieras adaptadas.
- Mantenimiento de Relaciones Comerciales: Gestionar y cultivar relaciones a largo plazo con clientes existentes, asegurando la satisfacción continua y la identificación de oportunidades adicionales para la colaboración.
- Análisis de Mercado y Competencia: Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias del mercado y la competencia, ajustando estrategias según sea necesario para mantener la posición competitiva de Coink.
- Colaboración Interdepartamental: Trabajar estrechamente con otros departamentos, como marketing, operaciones y servicio al cliente, para garantizar la coherencia en la entrega de servicios y la satisfacción del cliente.
