**What We'll Bring**:
In this role, the Lead Developer will work closely with senior management and developers, QE, PM, and UX to ensure their features are delivered to meet business and quality requirements.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Leads a team of software engineers that architect and design enterprise software products and operating systems.
- Writes product requirement documents, implements and tracks development timelines, and negotiates feature sets with the development leads and product teams.
- Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors which are implemented by the team.
- Conduct project and issue management (status and issue reporting) for assigned scope of work and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
- Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.
- Interact with client or internal senior management.
- Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
- Ensuring that the releases meet the Product Requirement Document & user story specifications.

**Impact You'll Make**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or other technical area preferred.
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience. Demonstrated expertise leading high performance teams for breakthrough results.
- 2+ years of experience in mentoring, and leading software engineering teams.
- Proven expertise in Agile frameworks/methodologies.
- A good knowledge on data structures and algorithms.
- Knowledge of programming language
- Java/Scala/Javascript
- Skills in Python, Bash or similar scripting languages.
- Knowledge of java frameworks including spring boot, REST
- Knowledge of the Cloud concepts, hands on experience with AWS, GCP is a plus
- knowledge of Git and version control.
- knowledge of any relational database and one of the NoSql database.
- Expertise in soliciting and documenting requirements and analyzing those to distill specifications for the engineering and operations team.
- Fast executor with a track record of delivering complex projects on time; responds under pressures of time and uncertainty.
- Exceptional written, editing, proofreading and oral communication.
- Exceptional inter-personal communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adjust to rapid changes in deadlines and priorities.
- Ability to balance multiple high priority projects.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles.
- Fluent in English (Speaking, writing and reading)
- Proven expertise in Agile frameworks/methodologies.
