- Location: Medellín - Milla de Oro_
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM_
- Contract: Permanent (Contrato a término indefinido) + Legal Benefits_

Are you a results-driven leader with a proven track record in operational excellence? We're looking for an experienced **Site Director** to lead and grow our on-site operations in Medellín. Join a high-impact team in one of the city’s most strategic business zones.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Establishing core operational processes for the Medellin site and an existing work-from-home Bogotá team.
- Assisting the client in establishing a legal and financial footprint in Colombia
- Working on recruiting and developing staff, and the transition of this function in house.
- Facilities management.
- Fostering a strong performance culture
- Ensuring a successful build-out and growth of our LATAM presence.

**What You'll Need**:

- Minimum **3 years of industry experience or a similar Role (3 years**of **experience site management)**:

- Minimum **Bachelor's degree** in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong **financial acumen**: budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and managing financial KPIs like billable hours.
- A track record of building **high-performing teams** and leading with clarity and purpose.
- Exceptional **communication and leadership skills** to liaise across all levels of the organization.
- Strong **problem-solving abilities** for handling complex and urgent challenges.
- Experience tracking and improving **KPIs**, implementing corrective actions when needed.

Ability to foster a **positive, performance-driven culture** grounded in teamwork and growth.
