We are a growing U.S.based company headquartered in Houston, Texas, with operations in Medellín. We are currently seeking bilingual call center professionals to join our dynamic patient service team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients calling to schedule dental appointments at one of our clients’ clinics in the United States. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls from dental patients.
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed using our Practice Management System.
- Guide patients regarding appointment needs and provide basic information about procedures and insurance.
- Address patient concerns and objections with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (HIPAA equivalent).
- Meet performance targets in quality, efficiency, and conversion.

**Requirements**:

- English Level: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask: navigate systems, enter data, and hold conversations simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma (mandatory).
- Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience in bilingual customer service or call center.

**Conditions & Benefits**:

- **Schedule**: Friday-Tuesday // Monday-Friday (40 hours per week).
- **Work Mode**: On-site - Medellín.
- **Monthly Compensation (salary + bonuses)**: COP $3,000,000 - $4,000,000.
- **Base Salary**: COP $2,600,000 - $2,800,000 depending on experience.
- _**Total monthly income can exceed COP $4,000,000.**_
- **Hiring Bonus**: COP $1,000,000.
