**Scrum Master**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master with expertise in the SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile practices and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in alignment with the SAFE framework.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Facilitate Agile Ceremonies**:Lead and facilitate key Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and progress.
- **Coach Agile Principles**:Provide coaching and guidance to the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to the SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology.
- **Support Product Owner**:Assist the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization activities to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- **Remove Impediments**:Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver sprint goals effectively.
- **Monitor Team Progress**:Utilize Jira or similar Agile project management tools to monitor and report team progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
- **Facilitate Communication**:Foster open communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders, including those who primarily communicate in English, to ensure alignment and transparency.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Drive continuous improvement in team processes and performance through regular retrospectives and feedback loops, promoting a culture of learning and adaptation.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in English at level B2 or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with expertise in the SAFE Framework and proficiency in Jira. Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous but not mandatory**#LI-LG6**
