We are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in helping us expand our business and maintain a steady workflow.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contact potential customers and introduce them to our services
- Schedule appointments for our sales team
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and answer any questions they may have
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues raised by customers
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of appointments
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
**Benefits**
Salary 800 USD monthly plus commissions with weekly pay.
Contractor Position.
Must be available to work 9am - 4pm UTC -6 MDT
