**Outcomes // KPIs**:
- **Generate 20 qualified calls per month for our clients, leading to 2-3 closed deals**:
- Achieving and maintaining a minimum open rate of 50%, a reply rate of 10%, an interest rate of 25%, and a call booked rate of 50%
- You should be generating 1 closed deal for every 1,000 prospects contacted
- Communicating with the sales team to gather feedback on lead quality and adjusting targeting and messaging as needed for continuous improvement
- Following up with leads who booked a call with the sales team but didn’t show up
- **20% close rate**:
- You will be expected to book qualified calls that close at a 20% close rate or more (meaning the sales team is closing 1 out of 5 of your booked calls that show up to the call)
- You will also be expected to follow-up prior to the sales call to make sure that the prospect shows up. We expect to maintain an 80% show rate.
- **Daily execution of team & administrative tasks.**:
- In addition to generating high-quality leads, you will have a mínimal amount of team & administrative tasks.
- Team Meetings:
- Attend weekly team meetings via Zoom
- Know your numbers at the beginning of every meeting (actual numbers, projections, and if you’re on pace)
- Have 3-5 wins you want to share with the team
- Be proactive with asking questions and getting help with what you’re experiencing with the campaigns and any reason why you aren’t hitting your KPIs
- End of day:
- Submit your “end of day” report
- Update your personal tracker sheet
- Update deal pipeline:
- Make sure all replies have been responded to
- All of today’s calls booked have notes for the sales team
- Follow-up tasks are created for all of today’s replies (that have yet to book a call with the sales team)

- To earn the income that’s possible for you here, you must be willing to put in hours honing in your craft and doing everything you can to generate more qualified calls for our clients to close. You must be hungry.

- Wherever you are in relation to your projections, you must know why. If you’re ahead, you must know what you’re doing well and what needs to be reinforced. If you’re behind, you must have the awareness to know WHY you're behind.
- **you will be expected to hit the KPIs mentioned above.**:
- You will also be expected to complete your morning & end of day tasks (see above) every day, Monday-Friday.
- You will also be expected to be available to communicate through Slack 8am-6am EST daily.
- This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
