The overall objective of this role is to facilitate the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions. **Responsibilities**: - Process securities transactions, provide analytic input for traders and aid in review of derivative products - Identify and resolve securities and derivative settlement issues, and make process improvement recommendations to leadership - Analyze moderately complex reports to satisfy management requirements, aid in control activities, and contribute to the launch of product services - Monitor and suggest solutions to errors to minimize risk to the bank, through an intermediate knowledge of procedural requirements - Escalate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution - Design and analyze moderately complex reports, in coordination with standards set by direct leadership - Assist with control activities, and the launch of new products and services - Ensure processes adhere to audit and control policies **Qualifications**: - 0-2 years of relevant experience - Fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting and regulatory policies - Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in English **Education**: - Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. La persona en este rol será el **motor operativo y de cumplimiento** detrás del procesamiento de transacciones de compra y venta de divisas de los clientes de Citi en Colombia. Trabajará en un **grupo de servicio al cliente** que recibe solicitudes (tickets) y tiene la responsabilidad de asegurar que **120 operaciones diarias** se ejecuten de manera correcta, cumpliendo con la normativa cambiaria y las políticas internas del banco. No estará en la "mesa de dinero" tomando decisiones de inversión, sino **verificando, procesando y asegurando el cumplimiento** de las transacciones ya generadas por los clientes. **Los principales objetivos de la persona en este rol son**: - **Asegurar la Ejecución y Cumplimiento de Operaciones de Divisas**: Procesar y liquidar transacciones de compra y venta de divisas de clientes, garantizando que cada operación cumpla estrictamente con el régimen cambiario colombiano y las políticas internas de Citi. - **Procesar Alto Volumen de Transacciones Diarias**: Manejar eficientemente un volumen significativo de operaciones (aproximadamente 120 diarias), manteniendo la precisión y la calidad bajo presión de tiempo. - **Gestión Operativa de Tickets y Solicitudes de Clientes**: Atender y resolver las solicitudes de clientes que llegan a través de aplicativos (tickets), revisando documentación y asegurando la correcta ejecución. - **Identificar y Resolver Discrepancias**: Proactivamente identificar, investigar y resolver cualquier problema o discrepancia en las transacciones o liquidaciones, escalando cuando sea necesario. - **Contribución a Reportes Regulatorios**: Preparar y manejar reportes regulatorios relacionados con las operaciones de divisas y su cumplimiento. - **Mejora Continua de Procesos**: Tener iniciativa para sugerir e implementar mejoras en los procesos operativos existentes (reingeniería de procesos), contribuyendo a la eficiencia y reducción de riesgos. **Experiência y Conocimientos Específicos**: - **Experiência en Sector Financiero (Operativo)**: Esencial, incluso si la JD original dice 0-2 años, la manager especifica "experiência en sector financiero". Esto puede ser en roles de back-office, operaciones, compliance o similar. - **Conocimiento de Régimen Cambiario**: Fundamental para operar con divisas en Colombia. - **Experiência en Cumplimiento de Operaciones**: Saber cómo asegurar que las transacciones se ajusten a la normativa y políticas. - **Manejo de Reporte Regulatorio**: Capacidad para entender y trabajar con la información necesaria para los entes de control. - **Inglés (Intermedio a Avanzado)**: Imprescindible para la comunicación interna y global de Citi. **Habilidades Técnicas**: - **Dominio de MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**: Particularmente Excel para análisis y manejo de datos. - **Conocimiento Fundamental de Productos de Tesorería**: Aunque es operativo, entender la base de los productos de FX es útil. **Habilidades Operativas y Blandas** - **Perfil 100% Operativo**: Capacidad para manejar tareas repetitivas con alta precisión y volumen. - **Orientación al Detalle**: - **Capacidad Resolutiva (sin tomar decisiones)**: - **Trabajo bajo Presión
