**Senior Recruiter**

**The role**

WYN Solutions is a leading outsourcing company providing marketing and advertising services tailored to the automotive industry. Our company has experienced rapid growth, and we are seeking a highly qualified Senior Recruiter to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Recruiter at WYN Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting exceptional talent that strengthens our organization and meets the needs of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
**Strategic Recruitment**: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified professionals in the field of marketing and advertising, with a focus on the automotive sector.

**Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Collaborate closely with internal human resources and project management teams to ensure effective alignment of talent resources with business needs.

**Employee Lifecycle Management**: Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from talent identification to onboarding and performance tracking.

**Qualifications**

**Bachelor's Degree**:A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

**Experience**: You must have at least 1 or 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the marketing and advertising industry or related sectors.

**Language**: A C1 level of English or higher is essential as we work with international clients and English-speaking collaborators.
