**Home Care Intake & Staffing Coordinator**

**Type**: Remote

**Job Status**: (Part-Time, with Path to Full-Time)

**Work Schedule**: Monday - Friday, between 8 AM - 5 PM EST

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable **Home Care Intake & Staffing Coordinator** to support our care coordination team. This role focuses on setting up new cases, entering patient and caregiver data, and assisting with staffing using **HHAeXchange**.

This is **not a clinical role** and does **not** involve care management decisions. The initial setup will be **part-time**, with the opportunity to move into a **full-time role** once performance and system familiarity are established.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter new patients and cases into **HHAeXchange**:

- Input and maintain caregiver profiles and assignments
- Assist with staffing caregivers to new and existing cases
- Update schedules and ensure cases are properly staffed
- Ensure data accuracy for patients, caregivers, and visits
- Support coordination workflows for newly onboarded cases
- Follow established processes and documentation standards

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Experience with **HHAeXchange** or similar home care systems (strongly preferred)
- Background in home care staffing, scheduling, or intake support
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with repetitive data entry tasks
- Ability to follow processes and ask questions when unclear
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
