**Misión del cargo**:
Garantizar que los colaboradores y equipos operativos cuenten con el conocimiento y habilidades para ejecutar eficientemente los procesos
**Funciones del cargo**:
- Identificar las competencias y habilidades necesarias para que los colaboradores del CEDI desempeñen sus funciones de manera eficiente y segura.
- Crear programas de formación tanto para nuevos colaboradores como para la actualización y mejora continua de los empleados existentes.
- Desarrollar materiales didácticos adecuados (manuales, guías, presentaciones) para asegurar que la capacitación sea clara y efectiva.
- Realizar entrenamientos prácticos para garantizar que los colaboradores puedan aplicar lo aprendido en situaciones reales de trabajo.
- Asegurar que los recursos necesarios (salas de formación, herramientas tecnológicas, materiales) estén disponibles y sean adecuados.
- Asegurar que todo el personal esté actualizado en las últimas tecnologías utilizadas en el CEDI para mejorar la productividad y seguridad.
- Medir el impacto de las actividades formativas mediante la retroalimentación de los participantes, evaluaciones post-capacitación, y seguimiento en el desempeño de los colaboradores.
- Crear y mantener un sistema de gestión de conocimientos que permita almacenar y organizar toda la información relacionada con las prácticas logísticas y los procedimientos del CEDI.
**Requisitos**:
Conocimiento en gestión de proyectos
Experiência en Bodegas, Sector Retail o con operadores logísticos (deseable) de 2 a 3 años
Experiência en procesos de entrenamiento
