**Job Description**:
**Specific Scope of Work and Responsibilities**
- Drive the execution of VCA’s Digital agenda in key Andino markets.
- Develop digital expertise regarding emerging topics like Crypto and crosspollinate through the organization and with partners.
- Develop methodologies, frameworks and approaches to evaluate Client’s digital status, envision priority transformational state and design execution roadmaps.
- Guide Clients in the adoption of Visa’s Digital assets and capabilities.
- Partner with country peers in other functional areas (e.g., Products, Innovation, Marketing, Sales, CS, Risk) to devise, develop and implement go-to-market digital strategies.
- Explore and collaborate with the industry ecosystem to understand relevant trends, identify complementary capabilities and formulate new solutions.
- Assist in the lifecycle execution of digital consulting engagements in Andino ensuring the accomplishment of teams’ goals.
- Anticipate Client’s needs by continuously researching and testing concepts of emerging digital capabilities and ensure inclusion in projects.
- Develop data driven insights to inform and guide digital practice decisions.
- Help identify and shape potential digital opportunities with market leads.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally in quantitative field (e.g. engineering, economics, computer science, business administration, finance ).
- Master’s Degree in related fields a plus.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services industry, payments, consulting or similar.
- Technological driven mindset, digitally savvy and up-to-date with latest market and industry innovation trends.
- Problem solving ability with strategic focus on influencing incremental growth. Understanding of card and payment P&L and critical factors driving profitability.
- Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
- Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills.
- Team player with agile focus.
- Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
- Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus).
