- 2-4+ years building custom automations
- Strong experience with AI integration platforms: VAPI, Retell
- Proficiency with Twilio and Go High Level
- Experience leading technical projects with a team of developers
- History of solving complex automation challenges
- Strong business acumen and client-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced coding experience in: Python, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, API development and integration
