We are a branding agency based in Toronto, ON Canada. This is a part-time English-speaking freelance/contract position that can be done remotely.

Phanta Media is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can optimize our brand, Mark Drager and the we do hard things podcast.

Someone who loves the game of social media by strategizing content to see what “pops” by monitoring the reactions of our audience to figure out what they like, and engaging with them to find out what they want. And then feeding analytics back to the creative team to build a more targeted and growth-set content strategy. You’ll be our online curator setting the tone for the brand’s personality and audience expectations.

About the Role

As a branding & creative agency, our projects span multiple disciplines and all require their own approaches and deliverables.

Collaborating with project management and other team members for delivery and feedback is a key aspect of this role. But we don’t want you to be a unicorn, we want you to be the master of your domain, so keeping you clear and focused on what we hired you to do is a priority.
- Post content across Instagram, Tiktok and Linkedin
- Be involved in all phases of pre-production, production and post-production and participate in editorial and production meetings
- Collaborate with brand strategists, producers, and our production team to create content that is inspirational, motivational and entertaining
- Research current trends and audience preferences to learn how to better improve our social strategy.
- Provide analytics, reporting and next steps in terms of a strategic approach

Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in managing social accounts, engagement and outreach
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adapt the style, tone, and voice for various types of content
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific for social media
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Focused on personal and professional growth

Compensation

$1734.92 - $2168.65 ARG per hour ($12-$15 USD)
