**Salary**: $2.500.000 - 3.000.000 COP

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English (C1 level).
- Entry level to 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
- Knowledge and/or experience in recruiting IT profiles.
- 360° experience in selection processes from start to finish.
- Experience in recruitment using social networks
- Knowledge in head hunting.
- **Proactivity, criteria for working alone and as part of a team.**:

- Highly organized and with special attention to detail.
- Experience or interest in assisting with administrative task the cofounders of the organization.
