The Role

As a Full Stack Developer, youll play a central role in designing, building, and scaling a modern SaaS platform. Youll work across the stack from sleek, responsive front-end interfaces to robust, scalable back-end services. Youll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and leadership to deliver a best-in-class product thats both technically sound and user-friendly.

**Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and maintain features across the full stack (front-end, back-end, and database).
- Build and consume APIs for third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code.
- Contribute to technical strategy and architecture decisions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.

**Qualifications**
- 3 - 5+ years of professional full stack development experience.
- Strong front-end skills with React (or a similar framework).
- Solid back-end development experience with Node.js (or a comparable language).
- Proficiency in working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience in SaaS, marketing automation, or lead generation platforms.
- Startup or high-growth company experience.
