- Current:.NET, C#, React, SQL, Microsoft Azure
- New: Typescript (JavaScript) / Node.js, Tailwind, Postgres. React Native (PLUS)

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical leadership, guiding projects in line with company goals and standards.
- Actively contribute to coding and software development, maintaining high standards of code quality and efficiency.
- Build and manage a growing development team, including hiring and mentoring junior developers.
- Oversee project timelines and resource management to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Solve complex technical challenges and make innovative decisions under pressure.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4 years of professional coding experience.
- Proven experience in HaaS & SaaS.
- Experience managing project deliverables, scope & expectations.
- Excited about building clean, deployable code in a results-focused environment.
- Strong proficiency in English;
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential.
- Technical knowledge with a focus on RESTful API development.
- Experience with React Native is a plus.
