We're looking to hire a full-time Web Developer, specializing in Wordpress. Our whole team is remote, we've been around for over 20 years - we would love to work with LatAm talent **About the Role**: We are seeking an experienced Senior WordPress Web Developer to join our team. Reporting directly to the Team Lead - Web Development, you will be involved in the hands-on implementation of membership-based web projects and eCommerce solutions for our clients. **Requirements**: - 2+ years of experience in web development within a web agency environment - Strong background as a generalist web developer (both front and back-end) - Wordpress and WooCommerce experience - Work in EST timezone : **Responsibilities**: - Work with the Team Lead to architect solutions that meet the client's expectations in WordPress and WooCommerce - Write project implementation code with quality, reusability, and security in mind - Utilize strong problem-solving skills to isolate and rectify issues within the codebase, addressing both frontend and backend components of WordPress and WooCommerce websites - Utilize strong web development skills to troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing WordPress and eCommerce implementations, ensuring optimal performance and user experience - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand client requirements and contribute to the planning and management of statements of work for WordPress and eCommerce solutions for existing customers **Benefits**: - Fully remote role, full-time - Competitive salary - Annual wellness stipend - Highly intentional, progressive practices around feedback, team-building, skills and career development, and peer-to-peer recognition - Awesome culture and a growing team that has been around for over 20 years - Certified Great Place to Work - Paid vacation time, paid personal "life leave," and your birthday off
