**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with coordination, writing, design, research and/or production of research pieces as needed.
- Assist with the maintenance of internal databases.
- Create and maintain business development tools such as client service statements, case studies, client testimonials, and staff biographies.
- Investigate key hospitality and tourism trends, such as tourist arrivals, air passenger movement, economic and demographic statistics, and other demand generators to evaluate market conditions in relation to hotel development.
- Assist in all aspects of preparing presentations, offering materials and miscellaneous reports.
**Qualifications**:
- Undergraduate degree in finance or economics; and Hospitality Focus a plus;
- English and Spanish, fluent written and spoken;
- Will be highly valued experience in hotel real estate, research, business journalism, and/or administrative with strong writing and analytical background.
- Team player with good team spirit and positive attitude.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Well-organized and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to plan own work priorities and demonstrate initiative.
- Flexibility to adjust priorities in response to rapidly changing circumstances/deadlines.
- Willingness to take on new challenges.
- Ability to work to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong client focus.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Word for Windows, PowerPoint and Excel.
