Customer Success Partner Advisor
**Position Fundamentals**:
The SAP Customer Evolution Program is helping existing SAP customers who run legacy on-premise systems to define and realize the next steps in their business and IT evolution leveraging SAP’s latest cloud portfolio. The program
- Orchestrates the customer evolution journey holistically across SAP’s solution areas; including tooling and product innovation roadmaps, value assets, services and engagement methodologies, as well as commercials.
- Provides full transparency on the installed base customer needs and support customer qualification and prioritization, as well as help define a tailored engagement approach for selected iBase customer cohorts and archetypes.
- Provides guidance and installed base engagement best practice to the field teams to support the pipeline generation.
**Expectations and Tasks**:
Maintenance revenue conversion and Cloud revenue growth
Execute the Maintenance at Risk Program, identifying issues and work to resolve the cases at risk in collaboration with key areas
Maintain and grow Enterprise Support adoption
Develop and drive specific business plan to accelerate invoicing, renewal, collection and reduce MAR
Directly interact with sales teams and customer to position the value of SAP´s Maintenance offers. Also contribute actively in targeted must win deals
Identify key initiatives in the country to maximize maintenance revenue and minimize maintenance base erosion
Leverage the SAP Support portfolio as a key differentiator for Customers and Partners
Support to improve the data quality in regard to Maintenance install base
Provide timely reporting as required to local and regional level
