What you'll do
- You will report to Executive Director Customer Success & Enablement in collaboration with the Data Scientists and Data Architects to understand reporting requirements.
- Collect and analyze transactional data from a variety of imperfect data sources to ensure breadth, depth and quality of reporting information. Design data solutions to include intermediate reports, analytics, dashboards, templates, Power BI cubes / reports, scorecards and other BI solutions.
- Design and construct reusable report parts and templates. Analyze the results, reconcile and implement data solutions.
- Produce KPIs through data analysis to assist company in making company goals, supporting closed-loop feedback process which ensures and validates quality and production effectiveness.
- Work with Database Administrators, Data Architects and Scientists to establish system interfaces using ETL tools for the purpose of data integration.
- Assist with documentation: standard operating procedures, policies, business continuity plans, architecture and infrastructure, training materials, knowledge articles.

You should have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Statistics, related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- 2 years of experience writing intermediate SQL queries, reports, dashboards and KPIs
- Familiarity with some of these tools: Microsoft Reporting Services, Microsoft Analysis Services, Power BI, Power Pivot, Toad for SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio or Tableau.
