**Pay**: $3,200,000 - $6,000,000 COP/month (Base + Commission)

**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Senior Sales Consultant with strong construction knowledge** to join our remote sales team for **Custom Doors**, a premium U.S.based door manufacturer.

You’ll be selling **high-end custom front doors** to architects, builders, designers, and homeowners across **Miami and the entire state of Florida**. We’re looking for a **natural closer,**someone who understands the language of construction and design, and can confidently speak with professionals in the industry.

This is a **performance-driven position** for an experienced sales professional eager to grow with a high-end, fast-growing company.

**Your Mission**
- Engage qualified leads from our CRM and marketing campaigns.
- Understand architectural and structural requirements to recommend the right door systems and finishes.
- Prepare and send detailed proposals and quotes.
- Handle objections and close high-value deals.
- Communicate effectively with builders, architects, and designers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct virtual consultations and sales calls.
- Send quotes and follow up consistently until closing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage your pipeline efficiently and report progress.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and strategy sessions.

**You’re a Fit If You...**
- Have **3-5+ years of proven sales experience** (construction materials, windows, doors, or architectural products preferred).
- **Understand construction terminology and drawings** (experience dealing with builders or architects is a big plus).
- Speak and write **fluent English (C1+)**.
- Are confident selling **high-ticket products** and managing long sales cycles.
- Are highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Are based in **Bogotá,** **Colombia** and can work **8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Miami time**.

- Have no experience in construction or architecture-related fields.
- Prefer a slow-paced or repetitive job.
- Struggle with handling objections or following up with clients.
- Need constant supervision or prefer short-term positions.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Base Salary**:

- $800 USD/month during the first 2 months (training period)
- $1,000 USD/month starting from month 3
- **Commissions**: Uncapped - start earning from day 1
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST (Miami time)
- **Type**: Full-time, long-term remote position
