**About Us**

Zira Medical is a U.S.based telehealth organization dedicated to expanding access to high-quality healthcare nationwide. We work with a network of providers across all 50 states to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant medical services. To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced **Provider Credentialing Specialist** to join our team remotely.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end credentialing and recredentialing processes for physicians, nurse practitioners, and other providers.
- Maintain up-to-date provider files and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor expirables (licenses, certifications, DEA, malpractice insurance, etc.) and proactively follow up with providers.
- Liaise with providers, internal teams, and external agencies to resolve credentialing issues in a timely manner.
- Stay current on U.S. state and federal regulations related to provider credentialing.
- Generate reports and provide credentialing status updates to leadership.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in provider credentialing within the U.S. healthcare system.
- Strong knowledge of payer enrollment, CAQH, NPI, and state licensing processes.
- Familiarity with credentialing software and databases (e.g., VerityStream, Modio, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home-office setup.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with telehealth organizations.
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid enrollment.
- Experience working with remote U.S.based teams.
