**Responsibilities**:

- Defining and designing intuitive user interfaces, interactions and animations that enhance usability and provide a seamless user experience.
- Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback on implemented designs to identify areas for improvement.
- Perform extensive testing to ensure seamless integration of creative ideas and technology.
- Effectively present concepts and solutions, demonstrating the value of creative technology to achieve their objectives.
- Collaborate with creative and development teams to conceptualize, design and implement innovative digital experiences that exceed client expectations.
- Develop prototypes and proofs of concept to demonstrate technical feasibility and explore creative possibilities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new tools and techniques to enhance our offering.
- Lead the development of technical proposals, estimates and project plans, and ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule and budget.
- Participate in customer presentations, demonstrations and workshops to showcase our technical capabilities and articulate our approach to problem solving.
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all work, and ensure that all deliverables are fully functional and meet customer requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience leading projects and other people.
- Proven experience with client facing meetings.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Interaction Design, or Digital Media.
- Proven experience (5 years) as a Creative Technologist or a similar role within a media agency or digital production environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with relevant frameworks and libraries.
- In-depth knowledge of creative technology trends, emerging platforms, and digital advertising landscape.
- Familiarity with design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technological concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of creative technologists is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work and innovative projects is highly desirable.
